1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included materials must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Items that are NOT eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
- Products purchased on clearance or marked as "Final Sale."
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

2. How to Request a Return
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support Team at info@powrig.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item(s) if the return is due to a defect or damage
Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided by our support team.
Important: Do not ship items back to us without first obtaining a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-responsible returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, ordering error, or any reason not related to a defect or our error, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- POWRIG-covered returns: If the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item received, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. After inspection:
- If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If the return is rejected (item does not meet return conditions), we will contact you with an explanation. You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense or have it disposed of.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variant (e.g., a different model or specification), please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
For exchanges due to a defective or incorrect item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost after receiving and verifying the returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

- A description of the defect or damage
- Clear photos showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including covering all return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting us at info@powrig.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

8. Warranty
POWRIG products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials or workmanship
What is NOT covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, water exposure (unless the product is rated for such use), or natural disasters

9. International Returns
For customers outside the United States, the same 30-day return policy applies. However, please note:
- International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued in USD. Any differences due to currency exchange rates are the responsibility of the customer.
