Frequently Asked Questions
Is this charger compatible with Insta360 X4 batteries?
No. This charger hub is designed exclusively for Insta360 X3 and Insta360 ONE X2 batteries. The X4 uses a different battery form factor and is not compatible.
How long does it take to charge all three batteries?
Approximately 90 minutes for a full charge from empty, even when charging all three batteries at the same time.
Can I charge just one or two batteries?
Yes. You can use any number of slots — one, two, or three — independently. The charger distributes power only to occupied slots.
Can I power it from a power bank?
Yes. The USB-C input accepts power from wall adapters, power banks, car USB ports, and laptop USB ports. We recommend a power bank that supports at least 5V/3A output for optimal performance.
Does it come with a wall adapter?
The package includes the charger hub and a USB-C cable. A wall adapter is not included — any standard USB-C charger (such as the one for your phone) will work.
How do I know when the batteries are fully charged?
Each slot has an independent LED indicator: red means charging, green means fully charged.
Will it overcharge my batteries if I leave them overnight?
No. The built-in overcharge protection automatically stops charging once a battery reaches full capacity.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
