The case is designed for the bare Insta360 X5. If you have installed a lens protector, please verify that it doesn't add significant thickness before inserting the camera into the housing. Magnetic filters must be removed before placing the camera inside the case.
No. The internal dimensions are precision-molded specifically for the Insta360 X5. The X4 and X3 have different body shapes and button layouts.
The 20 included inserts are reusable. Simply let them dry out after each use to reactivate their moisture-absorbing properties. Over time (typically 6-12 months of heavy use), you may want to replace them for maximum effectiveness.
No. The case is fully sealed for waterproof performance and does not have a port for charging. Please charge the camera before your dive. The X5's battery life is typically sufficient for most diving sessions.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
